Data deletion

You can delete the data LinkUs keeps at any time. Choose the option below based on what you want to remove.

What we keep from integrations

When you connect Instagram, YouTube, Discord or Spotify, we keep: the access token (encrypted; for Discord not even that, only your id), the public profile data (name, @, photo, bio and counts), your latest posts or songs, your Discord status and current game, and copies of the images, used only to show the blocks on your page. We don't keep passwords, direct messages or data about people who visit your page.

1. Delete data from just one network (Instagram, YouTube, Discord or Spotify)

1. Sign in to the LinkUs dashboard.
2. Open Integrations and click Disconnect on the network.

We immediately delete the token, profile, posts and downloaded images. That network's blocks disappear from your published page.

2. Remove LinkUs from the network itself

In Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites (or Accounts Center → Apps and websites), choose LinkUs and remove access: Instagram notifies us and we delete the same data as in item 1, even if you never sign in to LinkUs again. In Spotify, remove access under Account → Apps; at the next update the connection stops working and the data stops showing. For Discord we don't keep a token: to stop showing your status, disconnect in the dashboard or leave the Lanyard server.

3. Delete your whole account

In the dashboard, open Account → Delete account. We delete your pages, received leads, images, audio, integrations and API tokens, and anonymize your registration. This can't be undone.

4. No access to your account

Write to pedro.henrique@battletech.com.br with the subject "Data deletion", including your account email or your page's @. We confirm the request is yours and complete the deletion within 15 days.
